Recently, the Administrative Committee of Chongqing Liangjiang New Area issued the Notice of the Third Batch of Cooperative Organizations for Platform Construction of National Overseas Talents' Offshore Innovation and Entrepreneurship Bases, and five universities/enterprises were successfully selected in the list of cooperative organizations for offshore innovation and entrepreneurship bases. Among them, the Block71 Chongqing–International Technology Industry Center of the NUSRI-CQ is the only selected overseas site.
